Petroglyph Environment

The lives of ancient people are a compelling mystery. A walk to a lost cave, a cave once used as a mine perhaps, brings us to a passage. Following a meandering underground path, we are carried to a place with cryptic clues to lives and cultures long past.
Petroglyph

A subterranean plateau is visible through a fog haze as we emerge from this ancient cave. Rock spires and massive boulders surround us. The space is intriguing with what appear to be shafts of light through crevices overhead, light beams that touch a multitude of images and objects through out the space. The sound of water is heard as we pass through, water that falls to a small pond, creating a reflective shimmer throughout the cavern.

Entrance Way A cave entrance with timbers shoring the passage. This leads guests through a dark serpentine tunnel, softly lit through a of haze.
As eyes adjust, enigmatic images begin to appear on the rock spires and boulders surrounding. tables for dinner lie before us, each decorated with artifacts from the surrounding space. As we settle for the evening repast, a wall of black begins to open revealing a broad vista of desert horizon that leads our eyes to a dusk filled sky beyond. Night begins to fall and starlight fills the air.

Petroglyph
Petroglyphs are softly painted on the rock, some quite high and others on rock near the floor at table height. These are combinations of symbols representing cryptic stories and clues to ancient culture. All are based on archaeological finds.
